Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Runaway Bay is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs, up to two per apartment home. The maximum weight limit is 75 lbs. There is a non-refundable $450 pet fee for dogs and $150 fee cats. There is also a monthly pet rent of $20/ month/per pet. Please note that at this time we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Stafford shire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
